Bull City Fit Durham is a community-based wellness program and is part of the larger Duke Children's Healthy Lifestyles program. The Healthy Lifestyles program seeks to address weight-related health problems for children by offering caring providers, family-centered treatment programs, highly trained educators and researchers, and strong community partnerships. Bull City Fit Durham helps in this effort by offering free evening and weekend activity sessions for the larger community. These sessions cover various themes that encourage and promote active living, such as fitness games, sport lessons, exercise routines, swimming, cooking, and gardening. Each activity is facilitated with the support of our energetic staff and volunteer team, as we strive to create a positive and fun environment for all.
