Get Strong: Drink Water!



Did you know...

  • Your body is made up of 70%-80% water!

  • We lose water all the time just from breathing, sweating, going to the bathroom and especially when we exercise.

  • That’s why it is SO important to stay hydrated.



CHALLENGE 4:

  • Make you water goal for at least 5 days in a week. How much water do you need

  • Divide the number you weigh by 2

  • The number you get is how many ounces of water you should be drinking per day
