Week 11: At-Home Olympics

The 2020 Olympics set in Tokyo, Japan have been postponed until next year. While we will miss watching top-ranking athletes from around the world compete, you can uphold the Olympic values of excellence, respect, and friendship by participating in your own At-Olympics!

Check out these cool events below!

1. Sock Slide

Select a starting point on the ground. You can run up to this line, and then must slide. The winner of the event is the athlete who goes the furthest!

2. Trash-ket-ball

Step up a trashcan as a basketball hoop for this challenge. Crunch up some paper to use as the balls. You will need nine in total. Each player will take three shots from three different locations: left pocket, top of the key, and then right pocket. The athlete with the most made shots wins this event!

3. Bottle Flip Contest

The rules for this challenge are simple: the player who gets the most water bottle flips in 1-minute wins!
