Week 12: Amplifying Melanated Voices

We want to time to recognize how challenging things are right now and emphasize our support for ALL our BCF Families. You matter to us. We stand in solidarity beside you. 5. Durham Parks and Recreation : Fast 30

Durham Parks and Recreation is a familiar face! Bull City Fit operates out of two of their recreation sites: Edison Johnson and W.D. Hill. In this video, creative modifications are provided for those exercising at-home.
