Week 18: Boxing

Boxing and kickboxing have become more and more popular over the years, and for good reason! These workouts are a fun ways to challenge yourself and increase your strength and cardiovascular health. Gym chains like TITLE show just how popular these workout have become. However, you do not need gym membership to reap the great benefits of a boxing workout.
