Week 23: Orangetheory Fitness

Looking for a new style of workout to try?

Orangetheory Fitness has grown in popularity in recent years. Their classes create a team like dynamic and focus on keeping up the intensity. They are currently offering free daily online classes. We have linked a few of our favorites for you to try!

Most of these classes suggest using some type of weighted object. Remember—you can use household objects like laundry detergent, gallons of water, and cans.


1. Total Body Home Workout


This full body workout will engage your whole body! Recommended equipment: Mat or towel, 1 medium object or weight, 2 heavy objects or weights






2. Upper Body Workout


Push, row, fly, and press during this upper body workout! Recommended equipment: Mat or towel, 2 light objects or weights, 2 medium objects or weights, 2 heavy objects or weights







3. Lower Body Workout


Keep up the intensity for this lower body workout! Modifications are provided throughout. Recommended equipment: Mat or towel, 1 medium object or weight, 2 heavy objects or weights
