Week 30: At Home Obstacle Course

Test your speed and agility with an indoor obstacle course! For this course, you will need…

  • 5 t-shirts

  • 2 chairs

  • 1 blanket

  • 4 pillows


Set up the course using the map above. Remember, you can substitute out items and make the course your very own! Start by laying out 5 t-shirts in long strips. Then set up two chairs, draping a blanket over them. Next, set 4 pillows on the ground.

Start by hopping over the each t-shirt with your feet together. Next, crawl under the blanket. Finally, leap from one pillow to another, keeping your balance.

Time yourself and try to beat your personal best, or go head-to-head with one of your family members! Get creative and make your own course using household objects!

Weekly Challenge
