Week 33: Sock Agility Challenge

We have another agility challenge for you to try this week at BCF! For this challenge, you will need 5 pairs of socks and a basket or container.

Set up your materials using the diagram below.

Sock Agility Challenge

When you are ready, start at the basket. Run to the first pair of socks, then circle it one. Then, “dribble” it back to the basket. Once you get to the basket, use only your feet to get the pair of socks in the basket. Run to the next pair and repeat until all the pairs of socks are in the basket.

We will be posting a YouTube video with this challenge on Friday, November 6th. Time yourself and see if you can beat our time!
