Week 35: Sit-up Shoot Out Challenge

Happy Monday BCF! We are back with another at-home challenge! For this challenge, you will need lots of socks and a basket.


We will be completing a sit-up basketball shot challenge. Start by placing the basket about five feet away from you. Lay down on the ground with your toes pointed towards the basket and bend your knees so you are in a sit-up ready position.


Set a timer for one minute. Holding a pair of socks in your hands, do a sit up then “shoot” the socks into the basket. Keep going until 1 minute is up. Count how many socks made it into the basket!
