Week 46: No Equipment Agility Circuit

Agility is the ability to quickly change direction while maintaining balance. Agility is important in many sports, like soccer, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and more.


This week, we are working on our agility with a no equipment circuit. For this circuit, complete each move for 30 seconds, then take a 10 second rest before moving onto the next move. Challenge yourself by completing this circuit 2-3 times total!
