Week 50: Backpack Weight Training Circuit

All you'll need for this strength focused circuit is a backpack! You can add books or other heavy objects to your backpack to up the intensity!

Complete each move 10 times before moving on to the next one. Take a break between each round. Aim to complete this circuit 2-3 times in total!
