This low impact, no noise circuit can be completed anywhere! No equipment is needed to get up and moving with this follow along.

Complete each move for 30 seconds. Take a 10 second rest to get ready for the next move. At the end of each round, rest for 1 to 2 minutes. Aim to complete this circuit for 3 total rounds.
